This is a very dark liquid, and the flavor is weak at anything below 10%. 15% tastes great, but at 10% it gums up an atomizer fairly quickly, so the percentage is a balancing act. If you are one of those super-tasters who need very low percentages, you'll be in luck with this one, because it tastes pretty great.
(mixed at 10%): To my taste the predominant flavor is cream, sweet, followed by black tea...then a whisper of blended spices. No one spice flavor stands out to me - it's just vaguely "spicy" in the background. A drinker of spicy chai tea would probably want to add clove or cardamom (at least) to this.
I had hoped to mix flavors with this one to make vanilla chai, hazelnut chai, etc., but unless I add at least 15% of this dark liquid, the chai flavor fades away when blended.
If they made this without the caramel coloring, I'd buy a barrel. I will mix what I have at 15% and vape it without additions, because I like this flavor enough that I'm willing to clean cartos/wicks after every couple of fillings.
If you usually prefer lower percentage flavorings, don't hesitate to try. If you like more flavor, be sure you have spare cartos or wicks.
