PolyPro Filling instructions:
1. Remove soft white cap
2. Soak the polyfill wicking
*Tip* When filling the cartomizer make sure it is fully saturated before firing. One way to determine if it is properly filled is to blow through the drip tip; if fine drops blow through the bottom then the material is fully wicked.
Soaking the polyfill make take multiple fills until fully saturated.
3. Remove thumbscrew
4. Using a syringe bottle fill tank until almost full*Tip* Filling the tank while it is vertical will allow you to fill all the way, without any spills.
5. Take a couple of dry hits without firing the battery.
6. Now you’re ready to vape. Enjoy!
Replacing the cartomizer in tank: (only recommended once most of the juice has been used)
1. Remove thumbscrew
2. Using a table or other flat object push down on tank
*Tip* Pushing down will allow the grommets to slide up through thetank.
3. Remove grommets from used cartomizer. (discard old carts)
*Tip* There are methods to clean the cartomizer online from many sources using vodka or other cleaning agents.
4. Replace bottom grommet on cart then slide cart and grommet into bottomof tank.
5. Slide grommet on top. (you know that the grommets are set when you cannot see the orange O-ring)
*Tip* Holding the bottom of the cart while sliding the top grommet on will ensure the bottom does not slide out.

I love the simplicity of this carto tank. Two O-rings that fit snug and don't leak and a nice sized, properly placed fill hole. The amount of juice it holds is fine for my needs. If I was going away for a day I would just carry extra in a syringe bottle for refills. The only downside to these, and they are minor, are that the O-rings can be a little tough to seat. The other being they are not cut "perfectly" level. But being made by hand that happens and DOES NOT affect they way the tank works. I will be buying a couple more of these for my arsenal.

I recently purchased a Innokin itaste SVD and although it came with 2 Innokin iclear 30 clearomizers I wanted to try some Cinnamon juice which will damage the iclear 30 tank. Thomas & John recommended the Poly Pro tank. The Poly Pro uses a cartomizer inside the tank and is easily filled through a small hole in the side of the tank which is sealed with a tiny screw. Last night I primed the carto and filled the tank with Cinnamon juice took a drag and wow was it tasty. I actually like the cartomizer tank better than the clearomizer type (no issues with gurgling) You will need either a needle tip bottle or syringe to fill the tank so pick one up if you decide to go this route. Now I want a pyrex tank with the ALIEN head on it!

Nice carto tank love everything about it but it would be nice to have a bigger size and run XL cartos I think they should keep this size and also offer it in a bigger size...it would have got 5 stars if it was bigger...still a must buy

i usually don't like fill port style tanks, but this one is a nice surprise. it's solid construction offers zero chance at leaking (those plastic ends are seriously tight!), and the fill port hole (which is usually a deal breaker for me) is nice and clean, not uneven or knurled. so far, i've had nothing but great vapes with it. i wish it was a little taller, though. that's my only complaint. if it was bigger, i could fill it with more Duelin' Banjos E-Liquid from HDV!!!
